Why Awakening the kindness within?

It wasn’t until I really slowed down with my yoga practice that I realised how much I was always rushing, needing to be busy and overworking myself – I was overwhelmed with the pressures of everyday life.

Yoga has given me the tools to bring myself back and stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system state, which our bodies are designed to function optimally in! 

I am now much kinder to myself and committed to practising yoga everyday although not always in the traditional sense… I practice yoga/meditation wherever and whenever I can (and/or need it!) whether that is on the train, with my child crawling around me, in the bathroom or in my bedroom. I do what works for me and I’m energised about teaching others how to integrate yoga into their lives to help them find peace and thrive in the everyday.

Investing in people/businesses that have similar values is important to me so I’ve set out my values below for you to clearly see what i’m all about.

Kindness to your mind, body, others and the planet we all live on. Slow mindful movement.
