
I remember, before I did my yoga teacher training, practicising online yoga classes and meditations all the time! It wasn’t until I dived deeper that I realised how important it is to be with a teacher for guidance and the real benefits of practising with others. So I thought it might be helpful to share a few of the key benefits you might experience practising in a group with Awakind Yoga.
MEDITATION
