Parents n’Bubs

Parents n’ Bubs classes are available on request. Get your mums/new parents group together and enjoy a private 6 week course or one-off class.

Whether its your first baby or your fourth, your body, mind and spirit go through tremendous changes as a new parent. Bring your baby and rebuild gently, together.

This class is focused on restoring core connection, pelvic floor awareness and gradual strength rebuilding in a supportive, relaxed environment.

We move slowly and intentionally, allowing space for feeding, settling or pausing whenever needed.

• Pelvic floor awareness
• Functional strength
• Gentle mobility
• Nervous system support

It is something special for you to do with your mums/new parents group and such a great way to look after yourself – help yourself regain physical and energetic balance .  It can also help strengthen the connection with your little miracle and/or your partner.

You have the option to enjoy either a private one-off class or an in-depth 6 week course. Both of which can be enjoyed with or without partners.

What is parents n bubs yoga?

It’s like mums n bubs but for all carers. Both parents are also welcome to join with their little miracle.

What do I need to bring?

What age does my baby need to be to attend the class?

This class is ideal for babies from birth to 1 year but older babies are also welcomed!

What if my baby cries?

How many weeks postpartum can birth mothers join?

Birth mothers are encouraged to wait at least 6 weeks and obtain clearance from their doctor as every body is different and will be ready to return or start yoga at different times.

Where is the studio located?

The studio is in Tascott on the Central Coast of NSW.
