This space is here for you to gently rebuild – with your baby by your side.

Through slow, intentional movement, you’ll be supported in reconnecting with your body, while being held in a calm and nurturing space alongside other mums.

There’s no pressure here — you’re always free to do whatever your baby needs, whether that’s feeding, settling, or simply taking a moment to pause.

Each session will include:

• Breath-led core & pelvic floor reconnection
• Functional strength & gentle mobility
• Nervous system support

If this feels like something you’re drawn to, you’re warmly invited to join 🤍 With options from casual drop-ins to class packages, you can choose what best suits you and your baby.

What do I need to bring?

What age does my baby need to be to attend the class?

It’s a relaxed, baby-led space where all ages are embraced 🤍 It’s designed for babies from birth up to around 1 year old, but older babies and siblings are also welcome. I’ll have my sweet almost 3-year-old there with me.

What if my baby cries?

How many weeks postpartum can birth mothers join?

Birth mothers are generally encouraged to wait until around 6 weeks postpartum and to receive clearance from their healthcare provider, as every body and birth experience is different. If you feel ready earlier, you’re always welcome to reach out — this class is gentle and supportive, and we can chat about what feels right for you 🤍

Where is the studio located?

The studio is located in Tascott on the Central Coast of NSW.
